Background Position (maybe offset?)

I want to put a background on my forum. I just want the background to start below my custom header (ie. 30 px from the top)

I am in the style var and I have my image working, but I cannot figure out what to use in the offset fields to make my image start so far down from the top of the page. Maybe there is another code? It's driving me nuts and I've searched the forum over and over and I'm spending way too much time on this!

I'm not sure HOW you mean under your custom header so this might be wrong in regards to what your looking for however have you thought to simple make the top 30px of the background image transparent? That's one simple way to sort it out rather quickly ;).

Thans for that suggestion. I found a work around, but yours may be a good idea for future edits.

Your suggestion would work with a fixed image, not a repeating one.
