Huge Column Size on memberlist

Is there a way to set the size of each column? Because some appear very strange.
Please look at the images for more details. (All the other fields are in the far right of the screen)

Probably a CSS issue, but we can't tell that from an image. You'll have to post a link to the page and allow unregistered users to view it if you want us to take a look.
