Calender attachments

Hi all.
Not really sure if there is a fix for this but is there anyway to add a file or attachment to a calender event.

I also noticed that you to add photos to the calender or event you need the URL and with the forms you can upload it from the computer. Is there also a way to bring the upload option over to the calender/event?

Maybe i should put it another way. I would like to hook add attachment to the add event on the calender.
Instead of placing a link on the event post i would like to upload the attachment to it. Can anyone point me in the right direction please..

I'm unaware of any way to do this. But what we do is use BBR - vB Event Forums (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=234794) and we would just put the attachment in the first post or a reply. Be careful if you do decide to install this mod as there are at least two manual file edits needed to solve little problems (read the whole thread!).

Thanks for the reply but from what I see Farcaster's Event Attendance seems way better. Just need to find a way to attach files.

I tried Event Attendance for a while, but absolutely nobody would ever commit. And now there's Facebook to contend with.
