Conditional Help

I added some text in the What's Going On box ("Members:" to show before the list of active members) and I'd like to have that only show if there are actually active members online, what conditional would I use for that? Is there one? lol

Thanx...I removed it for now as another change I made showed up in a different spot to what it was supposed to and I will look into it tomorrow (late here LOL)
