Meet Our Staff not working

I'm not actually sure if the meet our staff from Hassan would even work on vBulletin 4.0.7 but i Installed it awhile ago, everything set up fine and it shows up in admin panel. However the page gives this error when you try to navigate to it:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function meetstaff_letter() in /home/thefatal/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 4007

Any help to get this to work would be greatly appreciated.
