Post from last 30 days with highest views and replies

I would like to see what post has the highest amount of replies and view in the past 30 days. If possible I would like to get it for each of the 30 days, but if it can just be the single thread that would be okay as well.

I really suck at SQL and would like any help in creating this.

It looks like it contains hottest and most viewed threads with an option to go back X days.

You know I have this installed but I was using it for staff to track their contributions and disabled it once I weeded them out. This will accomplish most of what I want.
