Hello, I would like to offer my services to your community. I would just like to let you know that if you need an administrator or a moderator, then I am your man. I have years of experience with forums, including years of experience with forum administration and moderation. I also excel at forum promotion, and could help you get more members on your forums. I would be willing to moderate this community for free, because I like our community here. I am excellent at detecting, preventing, and stopping spam and other unwanted materials. I'm also a very well respected member of several communities, including this one. So if you ever need a moderator, don't hesitate to ask.

Actually I could not imagine that vB.org would ever consider a member who has only just joined and has only 1 post to date for a mod or admin position. Become a well respected member of the .org and that might change though. I'd recommend you start your journey by helping & assisting other members :)
Jacquii.
btw = Welcome

just funny... another guy who think he can act as a moderator on a community he does not know...
and the sad thing is that there is a load of admins who accept that kind of offer because they think they wil lbe well served...
that thread need to be sticky with a text from Marco or Princeton about how to not accept moderators that are not involved solid in your community...

Thank you for your offer, but we have always picked Staff from the members who we see as being active and helpful to the others. If you really want to become a moderator at some point, then the thing to do is to start helping out around here with the questions your fellow users ask.

tsss... not a good suggestion if you ask...
to give support to others, you must first be aware of how vBulletin works... seriously, do not try helping others by saying " i know nothing about vB, but i will try to help anyway "... this will just bring you some bad moods from some guys ... rofl
btw, i never was picked to be staff, even if i'm from day two here!

I'm not sure how to spell that thing Scooby-Doo used to say when he was confused. But yeah, that. :confused:
