when i want to start a newtopic in my forum
i can only type everything including bbcodes

because bbcode buttons are lock or not clickable

can anyone tell me why this is happends??

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style and plugins disabled - do you still have the same problem?

it is also solved by me

my browser is blocking cookies related to bbcode

so i set it to do not block this cookie


it is now ok
