move threads from social groups to forums

Is there any way to move threads from social groups to forums?

There is this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=219750) to go from forums to social groups. Maybe it could be 'reverse engineered' to go from social groups to forums, but I'm not aware of an already created add-on to do that. If anyone knows of one here, please post a link.
