Cant log in to my CP.

I am having a problem I cant log in to my CP or the site it keeps saying that my password is invalid, I tryed to change my password , But the password that get's emailed to me does not work. what can I do?
IT is VB 40

Sometimes when this happens it a server issue. This happend to me once so i contacted my host and he fixed it by resetting something.. i forget what the conflict was... but then it happend to me before as well and I had to completely re install vbulletin...
