redirection box is over to the left

redirection box is over to the left as shown in screen shot.
i built a style today, everything has been going well, no errors thank god. so far the only thing i can pick and is annoying is when you log in the redirection box is over to the left. im running vb3.8.5.

i would love some ideas on how to fix this please? the template where to find it? can i just use center tags or something alone those lines guys? what code which template. any help is good help.

edit: vbulletin message box does the same.

found template above but cant find this one now, any change anyone can possible help with this one please?

To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.)
