Avatar and Signature Help

Hey I am new to this forum, I like it a lot.

I have one issue with the forum, I see people with custom avatars and signatures, but I cant upload in my user cp, an avatar nor can I see option to edit my signature.

Someone help please.

read the notice on top of the site... if you are not licensed, you have way less options possibles.

if you need to see how the software behave on regular basis, you can find another vBulletin forum of your taste on the web and behave so you can win privileges...
