thats pretty clean. but there seems like there is alot going on..my senses are being assaulted..

The thread icons are default icons. I dont think they match your style.

The style seems nice, but its very hard to evaluate it with the enormous Welcome Guest block on top. Please remove it for the time being. You might want to consider making it smaller anyway, as it will scare away visitors.

Can you make me some or do you know of a really good set that would match well?

I am also having a hard time finding someone that can install buttons on the reply/edit/quote/post reply etc. like VB 3.* has, is this even possible with 4? I havnt seen any sites with them different other than just colors....
