How can I make it so a member has to have a minimum number of posts before they are able to give another member rep and leave a reputation comment?

I have a couple trolls that keep creating new accounts (I've banned their IP addresses, but they keep coming back... they must be using something that keeps changing their IP addresses).

At first they were giving negative rep to members just to get a rise out of them. I took the ability away to leave negative rep and now members can only post positive rep.

Then they were using the thread rating system to give my members 1 star ratings. And after I took THAT away they started using the rep system again. Giving positive rep, but leaving horrible reputation comments, upsetting a lot of my members.

So now I want to set a minimum post count and set it high enough to discourage this type of trolling since these trolls always have zero posts and only use their accounts to upset members anonymously. But I have no idea how to do that. Help?

Go into the admincp> Settings>options> scroll down to User reputation options>

Then under minimum post count change it to whatever you want. NOTE* they will still be able to send rep but it will show as a grey box..this means the rep does not count and has no effect.

If you want disable users with a certain amount of rep from even being able to use the rep system then, you need to create a new user group, set the post count to be in that user group to your liking, then go to

Admincp>Usergroup>usergroup manager select the group you made>hit go>scroll down to use reputation permissions> and tick>can use reputation to no.

This way only users in the usergroup you created will be able to use the rep system. So basically make a new usergroup and edit it. allowing only members with your post count requirment to access the rep system.
