Please help me about IP Address

Hello,

I have some problem with User IP. When I view Who's Online I can't see exactly the IP, it's like ::ffff:111.111.111. And I don't see any thing about IP of new user register.

Please help me how to fix that.

Have you tried this on a totally default style? And with all plugins disabled? I've never seen it do what you are showing. What is stored in the database?

What do you mean nothing is stored in your database? The IP isn't even getting entered in there at all?

And what happened when you disabled ALL your plugins?

And what happened when you used a default style?

My database, nothing store in "ipaddress" colum in user table, just store ipaddress of some user before this problem, and store ipaddress like ::ffff:111.111.111 in session table.

I have uninstall all my plugins, remove all my styles and nothing happened.

You uninstalled your plugins? You only needed to turn them off. Same with the styles - you just needed to create a default one.

Are all your files totally default?

Can we get a link to see this? (with default style enabled and in link)

You need to turn on who's online viewing permissions for unregistered users if we are to be able to see it (along with viewing ips).

If you have no modifications and no modified files, then this is most likely a server issue. Have you talked to your host about this problem?

I have give you permissions to view Who's Online. I asked my hosting and they tell me:

We cannot provide support for vbulletin was it was not provided by us. Your best bet would be to search google or the forums for the software to see if anyone has a solution to this. If you need us to do something for a solution please let us know.

You don't have any mods running and it's totally default code? It's weird cuz it is showing part of the IP. If the IP were aa.bb.cc.dd, it is showing ::ffff:aa.bb.cc So, it's like you have something being appended to the beginning of the IP there.

I had remove all mods in that version test. Please let me how to fix it. I don't know more about vBulletin.

If all mods are removed and all default files and templates are present, then it isn't a vbulletin issue. vbulletin doesn't add a bunch of text to the beginning of an IP address.
