Turning Moderation posts off

Hello all

How do I turn the moderated posts off. It seems since I have moved to a new hosting the moderated posts have appeared.

Is there a way of diableing that.

check Usergroup Manager > edit usergroup > and make sure they aren't being moderated
check vboptions > spam management > and make sure that is set to Disabled and not set to Akismet or antispam
