Promblem with one of my users

Hello.
I have a promblem with one of my users.
He has a global premission, but two days ago he lost his ability to remove posts or threads or anything else from the database.
I tried to fix it but I did'nt success.

How can I fix it?

Are you certain that no settings have been changed? Could you provide more information, please? What did you try to fix it, and what was the warning or error message that was noticed by your user, if at all?

I didn't change anything at the settings.
I took a look on his profile and the usergroup, but I didn't see anything special.
He doesn't see any error, he just don't have a option to delete from the database (I mean completly).

we can't do anything to help until you check what you have on your forum...

once you deactivate the hooks, all your plugins are deactivated... is the problem still present ??

maybe i could take a look, but as i'm not a volunteer, i can not suggest that i do the job...

Hold on there. Do I understand correctly? Your user can delete posts, but not from the database? So, in other words: the user can soft-delete, but not hard-delete? If so, are you sure that the usergroup he is in does have the permission to do so?
