Signature not streching all along

Hello there,

I had a look but couldn't find this, I want instructions/mods to not make the signatures go all the way down to after avatar and posts counts etc.

What I don't want is this

I want my signatures to look something like this

Both the avatars are same size, but on the second image you notice teh signature isn't pushed all the way down. How can I do this on v4.0.8?
