Hi everyone,
Moderator Application Form
Moderator 4.0.x version of the application form.
The purpose of the plugin;
Existing users fill out a form to the applicant as a moderator of the forums.

INSTALL:
Import the xml into products.
Edit the main hook - the instructions are all inside the hook itself, in the top half. Follow the instructions carefully!
To get to the form, go to: /newthread.php?do=form

The instructions on how to configurate this thread are included inside the xml file of the product.
Simply, open the downloaded xml file with the dreamweaver programme or any similar and follow the instructions included in the xml code to customise the properties as you wish!

Agathadaimon, as I asked in your other thread - do you have permission from the author to release this? I am going to have to remove this if I do not get a response from you soon (it's been a couple of days already).

Soory, mate! I did not understand what you mean!
I realeased nothing, just help explaining to other members how to configurate the existing file as author describe to customise it at their own needs.

this guy didnt make this mod its coding is same as 3.8 one nothing changed he just copied someones code and reposted argh -.-
