im looking for a rotating banner with preferably SWF, JPG file associations for my forum

I used to use valters - Cyb - Flash-Image Banner Rotator, which was ideal in version 3, but it does not work in the header 2 placement on version 4 of vbulletin.
Any ideas anyone as I have been waiting for a hack for a long time now and despite numerous requests by many vbulletin.org members it seems to fall on deaf ears.
