Time show up wrong

I cant get the time to show right on my forum. Have tried to choose the right timezone in admin panel but it wont show right anyway.
Please help.

Remember you have your own time setting in your own profile - ensure that's not set to something else. Logout to see the 'standard' time without your personal setting.
