I need to locate the forum home phrase. EG: When logging in it takes you to forum.php. I need to edit this URL. What phrase should I search.

You would edit the homepage URL in your "options" in the admincp BUT, if it does not match your URL in the config.php, it will most likely cause a problem in the redirect.
