want to add custom link in menu bar

i have found one thread which giving this solution but i have to add this code in header template so where can i find this file to edit...

i have got this information to add in header template so please help me someone...

If you are adding a link to the menu bar, then you will want to edit the navbar template. There are a few articles in the vB4 articles forum on how to do this. Please look there.
