Adding a Text Link in Navbar

Can anyone help me to add a simple text link in the Navbar?

I would like it just to the left of the SearchBox or to the right of "What's New"

Would like it be like "Home | Forum | Blog | What's New | My Text Link"

can't find out where to edit the Navbar to add it ;(

Any help?
