The correct place to ask if a mod has been upgraded to 4.x is in the modification thread. Or, go view the developers profile and see if he has the mod listed under the 4.x section. (although with the mod Unsupported and the Developer not online since February, I'd say it is doubtful he has upgraded the mod, nor will upgrade the mod.)
