Font Question

hey there all,

I am noticing an increasing amount of themes and styles that are using this new font effect where the font looks as though it has been pressed into the forum, please find this example:

Can someone please tell me how I would implement that onto mine?

It's probably done with the CSS Drop Shadow attribute... applied to the font... color white.
