How to add column lines on New Posts?

When we pull up New Posts, there are no column lines between the thread, replis & views, last post, and forum? How can I add a column line to separate these? Thanks in advance!

You'd have to add 'borders' to the divs they are in. Unfortunately, you can't force a div to fill a space by 100%, so your lines won't go all the way from the top to the bottom of the row. If you want that, you'll have to rewrite the template to possibly use tables or set up the divs to always fill the space.
