hello

i have a simple question

im current owner of a vb 3.8 forum

and i was thinking in upgrading to vb4

since the price is 250

and a new lince is for 280

i have 2 options

1.- either just pay 250 and have 1 license

2.- or pay 289 for a new lince and 50 for the upgrade (3.85)

what you think so?

Do you need more than one licence ?

Pay $50 for the upgrade (license extension/renewal??) to 3.8.5 and you'll have access to vB4 as well.

But he will only have access to current VB4 version, he won't have access to the latest VB4 versions as they come out. This isn't a good plan if you plan to upgrade to VB 4.

If you think you can use an old 3.x license for something else then by all means buy the version 4 license for full price... You can even sell your 3.x license but I don't know how much you'd get for it.

vb4 has Project addon?

or i can use my vb 3.8 project addon??

is because i have some customs edits made by 3.8 only

like petz, and so on, i think i should try to upgrade it to 4.0 since the developer already quit the project

or just delete it from my forum
