Making a Fixed Forum Width Wider

Hello,

Is there anyone for hire that will take a retail style that I bought from http://exaltic.com/ and make it wider? I need about 2-3 inches added on each side of my forum.

The issue with that theme is that he used fixed image sizes. Increasing the width prob wont work unless you stretch all the images - prob decrease quality.

Yep, that's what I figured. I was looking to see how much someone would charge to change those images so they are all a bit wider.
