how to get music with no pauses?

Hello i am trying to get my radio to play through my forum so that when a members loads a new page on the forum the music wont stop or have any pauses i have searched abit about it and found out iframe might be best but have found no where that tells me how to do it i have a shoutcas radio server any help would be much appreciated thank you.

I think the best bet would be to put the player in a separate pop up window that doesn't reload.

Off hand I'm not sure... I'd google something like "pop under window how to."
