Change bullet styles for unordered list?

Some blogging sites offer a drop-down selection of bullets to use for unordered lists. But, i have not seen this option for vbulletin.

Is these a way to replace the existing dot-bullet, with a fancier arrow-bulletin? And, is there a place where i could download these bullet templates?

I don't know anything about a place to download arrows though - how about google images?
