When I try to install either a Product or Plug In I get a error message and seems to be limited to zipped files only....This is the error I receive..
Can anyone help me out here? I'm limited on my knowledge of Vbulletin

You don't upload zipped files. You need to unzip them and upload the .xml file.

usually the product will have installation instructions, like a readme.txt or something like that which will tell you the steps you need to install the product...so look for that after you unzip it

Thanks so much for the help.....
Do you know if there is a mod to move "What's Going On" to the top of the forum?

I don't know. I don't see why you couldn't just take the code out of the bottom of the FORUMHOME template and move it up where you want it. No mod required - just edit the template.

I keep getting a error saying it's not closed. I guess I don't know enough about code where one ends other begins

There is an if condition around the code so make sure you get the beginning and ending condition.
