Hello!

Can we off the signature in specified sections, so member will not be able to on the signature in those sections?

Not in default vbulletin, you can't. You can with a mod though - either a plugin or template edit. Do a search cuz I know at least the template edit version is available as a mod.

you can wrap the sig code with an if condition in your postbit
no mod needed
