URGENT-PLS HELP! CHMOD all folder & files... what to do!?

Does anyone have a list, or link to a list with the folders & files and what permissions they get? last night being an idiot thinking i was smart CHMOD'd all my permissions to 777, now i get INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500.... Managed to get the board back up and running by CHMOD all files and folders to 755. But i know i this prolly screwed up all sorts of things, any way i can fix this by going through and changing permissions manually? if so what files and folders get what permissions?

I think it's 644 for files and 755 for directories unless vb needs to write to it and then it's 777.
