[Help] Deleting threads and posts

Hellou, can i set that everyone except Super Administrators cant delete threads and maybe posts "hard", so that they only can delete "soft"(like moderators) that i can see what they delete...

Registered Users can only soft-delete. Moderators get the permission to hard delete at admincp > forums & mods > show all mods > edit permissions > Can Physically Delete Posts> No
