Okay, I've been having issues with random blank pages. It's very strange. The majority of the time, posting is just fine, probably 95-99%). But every so often a user will say they get a blank page when posting a bigger post.

Background info:
We just migrated to a new server, this was NOT happening on our old server. We've been on the new server for 3 days.

I have gone to the following page:
http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages

#1 - Doesn't apply, simply because we have not changed a single file, uploaded a plugin or changed any setting on vB except moving to a new server.

#2 - no extra spaces

#3 - n/a it's happening randomly

#4 - tried that, still persists

#5 - doubled checked, but if the name was wrong, it probably wouldn't be just a few blank pages

#6 - tried this, don't know if i have a nix system, but it didn't work

#7 - tried this, no go

#8 - i checked the template on phpmyadmin, it said it was fine, i repaired it anyways, no change

#9 - i'm a relatively large board, and i'll say disabling gzip was great, it lowered cpu load almost immediately, but not change in white screens

#10 - tried that also, no error was display

#11 - i don't know how to check my phpinfo page, but i did add it to the .htaccess and no affect

#12 - have not explored - not sure i could do this on my own, host probably is required

#13 - added this and no change

#14 - n/a

#15 - checked and not an issue

#16 - n/a - it's random when posting

Any thoughts on how to solve this???

I don't know a whole lot about it but it seems likely that it's some sort of time/memory/connection limit since it seems to have started with your new host.

You could use Firefox (if you aren't already) and install an addon called "Tamper Data" that will show you the contents of the HTML request and reply. Also maybe if you have access to your web server logs you might look and see if there are any errors listed.

I'm not sure if either if these things will tell you anything.

http://www.domainname.com/upload/newreply.php?do=postreply&t=91825
this is the URL that displays

91825 is the thread id. blank screen.
