Ad after first post

Can someone point me to the discussion of how to put an ad in after the first post of every forum? I want to do that for my upgrade. I don't know which template to put the code in.

Thanks very much! I used Google Adsense after first post (or other advertisements) and it worked perfectly.

I have adjusted some code and I have ads come up after every 4th and multiples of that... works a treat.. I will find out the code if you want it
