There is a option for Notices to display this notice if.. the date is whatever. Is it possible to make a new option for the following?

Display this notice if the day is.. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday

Is it possible? If so, how? Thanks.
