Lack of Halloween Skins

Wasn't there more last year? IP.B has an awesome skin (http://www.ibskin.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=32_35&products_id=140). I'd pay for something like this. I hope Christmas turns out better.

Lack of Halloween skins? Why not just go all out and say lack of $%#*@ skins altogether! Only skins I can find (free or paid) are black w/ neon colors, white w/ neon colors, some combination of grey (usually w/ neon colors), and a few with decent colors but polluted with flowers! I need VB4 skins!
