Hiya,

Is there a way I can prevent Super Mods from been able to make replies to closed threads either globally or forum specific via a mod or some code change that might be available?

I'e never seen anyone make this mod before... honestly if they are super-mods they should be responsible enough to follow the rules you set forth as an admin.
