Security Token Error VB 4.0.7

Have a lost of users getting this error when trying to post ...

Researched the board ... but haven't found a solution that works.

Any sure fix ideas?

hi what exactly happens? can you recreate the error? I THINK I know what it is.

Create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Then change to this style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

I can't replicate it on my end but I get about 10 messages a day from users that say something to the effect:

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

You probably didn't upgrade/revert a template that needed upgraded/reverted. find out exactly what link they are clicking and then getting the error and then go into the template and find the link and see if it has been upgraded.
