How to make rss fees to check feed every 15 minutes or others custom minutes ???

The RSS Poster Robot scheduled task runs every 10 minutes, which is why you're limited to 10 minute increments. If you just have an urgent need to use 15 minutes you could try selecting 10 minutes then changing the scheduled task to run every 15.

If you want to customize the menu you could edit admincp/rssposter.php (search for x_minutes to find where the menu is built), but of course you'd have to have the scheduled task run at the right intervals to actually get your custom times to work right.

ETA: ...also, since the scheduled tasks only run when a user visits the site, if you don't have a lot of traffic or you have long periods of no traffic the task won't run at regular intervals.

86400 => construct_phrase($vbphrase['x_hours'], 24),
(24 hours), I can leave the Scheduled Task alone and it will work?
