Last Post "Today"?

Anyone know what mod provides this text ("today") in green to appear beside the latest posts? It's quite useful and I would like to have it for my board. :)

Thanks! Anyone know how to change the font colour? Would I have to actually edit the vB's code or is there some other way? Thanks!
