I'm an admin on this site and get this error when I try to click go advanced on a reply to a post. Any help as I have no clue. Thanks!

Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

The fix is to upgrade your modified templates. One of the templates on that page has been modified and you didn't upgrade it to the latest version. You need to go Edit the template, click View History > Compare and add in any changes that vb added in.

A skin has edited templates. If you aren't using a skin for that specific version of vb you are using, then it may not have upgraded templates. So, you need to go edit the edited templates (they are in red) and then click View History > Compare and make sure they have the security tokens in there.
Optionally, install a skin for your version.
