I have no time to maintain my forum no more which I admit hasn't really taken off and I don't expect after installation it would take off neither however I would prefer somebody with experience to perform tasks on my forum slowly tweaking it up.
Do VBulletin.org have freelancers or perform this as a service to customers?

There is a paid requests section here which you will see once you become a licensed member.
You post there and you're bound to hear from some experienced freelancers.

Is there any way of atleast seeing the standard of work that the paid workers can do for me before purchase? I don't want to buy something and then find that there is no support required for the standard of work I want.
I see myself as a graphic designer however since I have started work myself I haven't had time to concentrate on improving my skills. So I might just have high standards that can't be met, is there anyway you guys can assure me?

I don't think anyone could assure you 100% that any freelancer would be able to meet your expectations when we don't know what those expectations are, however I can say I've been extremely satisfied with the work I've had done on the rare occasion I asked for professional help with something. You will need to do your homework though and look at references/past work of these people to be sure you're making the right choice- just don't go with the first or the cheapest.

Several of the paid requests have a second post attached stating who did the work for the person and whether they were satisfied or not. Usually you can check that users profile for a link to his own site, or google them to find a site, and then look at their work there.

Also in addition just don''t hire the first one that will send you a pm offering his/her services but as Lynen said above, check their work and references. Check also their post history and work here and at vb.com. That doesn''t lie but will give you an exact idea of those persons experience.

Your questions seem to be related to an existing forum, in which case you already must have a license.
Please verify your license status and post in the apropriate forum.
