Skin changes to default on CMS

Hello,

I purchased a new skin two days ago from completevb but unfortunately whenever I go to the CMS/Home Page the skin changes to the default vbulletin skin....
And the skin I purchased is compatible with the CMS and everything, anyone know how to fix this?

Weird it won't let me access that. You know which person I can contact to get access to their member forums?

as long as you are a customer there it will grant you access or you can Email matt or PM him ..he is only one with that access.

Also you should be able to access that ..if you want to shoot me a PM i can take a look at it with appropriate logins.
