security token was invalid on DownloadsII

Kindly i need help,

I have issue that when i click on download of file

For example:
http://xxx.com/vb/downloads.php?do=file&id=3&act=down&actionhash=1286425159-8db0c5a0f0612ed918bd8cc133889b7fd8a69434


some time i get this error:


Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Am useing DownloadsII for VB 3.8.6 patch level 1
