Template for post display?

I can't seem to locate which template controls the page that shows the posts.

i.e. Say for example on this page, I want to add a banner above the Post Reply button above.

I tried forumdisplay but that only works to show it for subforum list and thread list. It's the page that I get when I click a particular thread.
