Pager alternative?

Been using pager (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=104609) on our 3.8.x site.

I have been looking for a similair version for VB4, does anyone know of anything similair?

I was thinking about this today actually. It was used lots in our old 3.x site. I haven't seen anything so far like this though the shoutbox mod does have an ability to send instant private shout.

I know it's not the same but sort of works.

Pager again would be great though.
