Tips/tricks for making a classifieds section

So i'm already using prefixes, but what else do you guys do to make a nice classifieds section?

I currently use PhotoPost Classifieds (http://www.photopost.com/class/). You can do a classifieds forum if you're really small, but it takes a ton of work for a moderator.
